This is what an IED explosion looks like

MWSS 374 Marines take cover as an IED is detonated in Khaldiya, Iraq in a cooperative operation with Iraqi police. The Marines, from the MCAGCC in Twentynine Palms, CA have been in Iraq since early this year.

I was on the MWSS 374 official website and they have this exact same pic, but is says that it is a weapons cache that they were disposing of.

i was on this call and am takeing cover behind the hummer closet to the camera. It was an IED and if I remember right, it was was two 133mm artie rounds.
